Hi everyone, here's my problem.. My desktop, two days ago I watched like 2 YouTube videos, put it on sleep mode all was well, everything working normal.. Came back yesterday after work turned it on, had nothing. (Ever since this desktop was built every once in a while it wouldn't wake from sleep, and I just had to turn off and back on and it'd be fine) so I did that.

And you know the windows 10 screen where it has a picture and the time, and then if you click a button it goes to your name and where you can enter your pin and stuff?

Well whenever I press a button it flashes my name for a split second and continuously loops back to the screen saver time screen before login it doesn't actually allow me to enter my pin. So I can't log in...

I struggled trying everything i could think of yesterday last option was I put my windows 10 CD tried to refresh it told me the disk my is was installed on was locked unlock and try again.... any help will be appreciated.

Before you try re-installing the OS, you should try to reset the Master Boot Record (MBR). Follow the steps here: https://neosmart.net/wiki/fix-mbr/

As for your Windows 10 CD, did this come with the PC? You may want to download an ISO from the Microsoft website.

This is likely due to a bad update, you might want to run a backup before you do so with either a disk imager (i.e. Macrium Reflect) or a snapshot tool (i.e. Rollback Rx)
