i have user id and password still i unable to log on windows please help me

Here on Tom's Hardware we don't help with logging on problems and questions. For all we know you might be trying to break into someone else's system.

If you are positive that the username and password you have are correct, you shouldn't have any problems with logging on. If it's a computer in a domain, ask your network service people to reset your password.

A member for less than a month and you're already speaking for the forums? Why not try to be a tiny bit helpful and suggest maybe making sure Caps Lock isn't accidentally on or that they're typing everything correctly?

Is the user ID and password written down somewhere? Try, slowly, typing each in one more time. And also make sure Caps Lock isn't on 😉
