logged on but shows me as guest

For the last few days when I selrct a room to play at the bottom
it tells me thay to chat I must log on but when I goto send
nothing happens and if I enter aroom it shows me as a guest .What is
going on?

Make sure your browser is set to check for updated documents every
time. Did you add a firewall or cookie blocker? Try the suggestions at
