Logging Data Usage And Bandwidth

I want to know if there is a way to record the amount of data each device connected to my home network uses as I have a limit of 150gb/month but I want to know what device is using the most, also if there is a way to also look at the bandwidth and see what device is using the most. I don't care if the program is super advance I just want to know if there are programs that can do this or I way I can do this myself. But it has to record all the devices not just computers with Windows or OSX!

Either your router does it out of the box or it's getting difficult. You can of cause only measure the traffic at a point where all the traffic goes trough and that's the router.
