Logging into forum is a hassle

I use Chrome as my browser. Refuse to use Internet Explorer. I must have reset my password 3 or 4 times in the last 2 days to log into the forum. I know my password, but have to keep resetting it log back into the board. Is there an issue? I wish they would switch to discourse!

I use Chrome and have no problems at all. It remembers my login.

I believe the devs are working on the login system and trying to resolve some issues with it. I haven't personally had any login issues in the last few days, but that doesn't mean others haven't.

^^^^^Yeah, that's not true in every case. There are occasionally login issues regardless what your browser is set to. This is being addressed.

As I understand it, the login page is specifically built to confuse automated tools - mainly spambots, but anything that tries to remember passwords is collateral damage. Try excluding the site from any kind of password vault.

Also, I would suggest trying clearing cookies. It's possible you've got something broken in there.

I've had some mild issues in the past, but clearing cookies and resetting passwords has fixed that. My biggest issue is simply navigating the site on mobile. It's a pain trying to get anywhere on mobile.

Tell me about it, almost gave up due to the hassle.

Funny how TH never have to go to the DEVS with any problems splattering the page with intrusive over the top full screen ads or autostart videos !!!

If there are overly intrusive ads or ones that you feel are misleading, take a screenshot and PM it to Kevin/Titillating. I'm sure this has been said several times.
