For a long time I've kept my copy of Logic Pro X on an external hard drive as I was short of space.
A few months ago I copied it onto my MacBook Pro and it worked fine; tonight I've copied it on our iMac which I've just upgraded with an SSD. When I open Logic, it tries to download the basic content (I'm guessing its all the MIDI instruments, plugins etc) - 1.8GB of it.
It gets to somewhere between 1.3 and 1.5GB and then says 'Logic Pro X needs to be connected to the internet to download content. Please check your conncetion and try again'.

My connection is not filtered, no proxies are required and doesn't have firewall. I didn't hvae this issue with the macbook a couple of months back, and I've tried the iMac both wired and wifi connection. Anyone know how I can fix this? I can't open Logic without this pack succesfully downloading.

How can I get this to download succesfully?
