In the last 3 weeks, I have been getting this error upon Windows 10 Boot. I have no logitech equipment installed on my PC (including mouse and keyboard). I see not valid reason why I should be getting an error for Logitech Download assistant. I ran regedit and searched for it and found under APP PATHS LogilDLA.dll looking for it in the pat of r c:\windows\system32 and under RUN.

My first thought was to delete it out of the registry, but didn't know if it could be tied to something else, so wanted to ask first.
