Login screen Blank

I am currently having a blank screen every time I boot up my windows. I have used the fingerprint reader and forgot the password to the admin as well. How can I login to my computer without safe mode and on regular settings? Its a Windows 7 pro

There are plenty of tutorials for how to unlock the built in Admin account on win 7 even without using a recovery cd
It can be a lengthy process though.
