Question Login screen invalid password

The moment I power on my Avengers 11.6" AVR116T tablet "Invalid Password" is displayed.
Touchpad, keyboard and touchscreen is also non-responsive. Anyway to "revive" it?

i believe these types of questions are not allowed on Tom's.
they are concerned users may have illegally obtained these products and are trying to hack their way in.
even if not, they seem to just be very careful with these matters.
