Hi Every one,
It's been happening for a while on our computers .
This is random. When user leave his / her desk for lunch or coffee break , The computer automatically locks itself which is our policy .
But when they come back and try to open their session , no matter what they do , the login page doesn't show up .
I'm able to remotely connect to the computer but I see what they see.
I have access to their drives C$ D$ etc...
They have to cold reboot the computer which is not good . Because if they have unsaved work, they'll loose it .

I'd Appreciate it if you share any experience .
Cheers
Ebi

I say the following without a trace of snark, and sincerely hope someone else has a solution to your issue, but those users need to learn, and learn fast, that you ALWAYS save your work before walking away in a situation like that, and preferably close the program you're working in, too.

There are all sorts of things that could occur in their absence that will result in loss of work if they do not do this as standard operating procedure. A forced save is the absolute minimum.
