[SOLVED] Login Screen not showing up

My login screen wont show up, I've tried going in safe mode and the login screen still isn't showing up, I've also tried every other option on bios but none of them seems to work pls help

ryzen 5 2600
rx 570 4gb
8gb ram 2666 mhz
1TB HDD
A320M mobo
500w silverstone psu

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB - handy boot drive

see if this works as it asks for logon too.

boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up repair - this will scan PC and maybe fix this - will ask for logon info

lots of things require logon.

• start up repair
• reset
• safe mode

you sort of stuck... only answer might be clean install at this point
But you don't have to lose everything

• on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
  
• choose troubleshoot
  
• choose advanced
  
• choose command prompt
  
• type notepad and press enter
  
• in notepad, select file>open
  
• Use file explorer to copy any files you need to save to USB or different hdd
  

once you saved everything you want to keep
