Logitch quickcam troubleshoot

I can't make my cam move using the tilt tool on the onscreen control panel. Initially it quit moving from left to right, but that didn't matter because I could move the cam. But now it won't move up or down and the cam comes on and only shows the top of my head and I can't change it.

Try uninstalling the software and drivers for the it and then doing a reinstall. See if that gets it working properly again.
