Question Logitec G502 wired mouse automatically changing DPI setting ?

I have a one year old logitech g502 wired mouse and recently while gaming my dpi will automatically switch to max dpi on its own. Also it will randomly point my view up for no reason.
I've uninstalled, deleted software, cleaned it etc. Just asking before i fork out the money if that sounded like it was time for a new one already or if i was missing somthing.thank you!

You might want to take the mouse over to a donor system and see if the peripheral behaves the same way as described above when you're gaming or even when regular computer use. I suspect that the mouse has a faulty soldering job on the PCB causing a button to actuate or maybe a faulty button in itself. If you do get another mouse, what are you looking at?

Probably another logitech 502.their instock around me and i like the set up.i agree with your thoughts i like to hear a second opinion other than my own sometimes.thank you for the quick response!
