Question Logitech Brio 4K Webcam snowy/grainy issue ?

SO I decided to grab the Logitech Brio webcam and while testing it, I noticed that the picture is really grainy. Ive tried 1080p 30/60, 4K 30, and it only seems to be when Auto-Exposure is on. When i turn Auto-Exposure off, it slows down to like 3 frames per second, maybe 8, in 1080 and 4K. My room is well lit, and the devices firmware has been updated, has anyone else had any such issues?

Could you please list the specs to the system that has the Logitech Brio tethered to? If it's the parts listed in your sig space, please find it in your heart to mention it in the body of your threads since sig space specs can and will change over time. When that does happen, this thread and it's relevant solutions are moot to the person in the same boat as you.
