Logitech C920 Software Issue

Hello everyone! I am having an issue installing the software for my Logitech C920 webcam. I have a very powerful computer (i7 3930k, gtx 680, 16gb ram etc etc) but it says "We have detected that your system is below the minimum requirements. You can continue to install your software, but please note that your webcam will not perform optimally." So I hit OK on this window but it just closes the install...I cannot figure out what is going on. Any help is appreciated!

What version of Windows are you running?
Did you try downloading newer software from the Logitech website?

I am running Win 7 64 bit and yes I tried the website

Your next step should be to contact Logitech support.

i have the same problem here =/ but with windows 8

I have the same issue and am wondering if the OP ever resolved this issue? I've contacted Logitech support and they offered "possible motherboard issue or OS is corrupted". I just started to transfer files from my old PC and would rather not have to reinstall Windows 7 if it is not the issue.
