Question Logitech Extreme 3d Pro Joystick not working

I recently got my logitech joystick in the mail and plugged it in, but none of my games are detecting input from it.
Logitech gaming software does pick it up and I've tested it with and without the software installed.
I've tried restarting and switching the USB ports multiple times, although I don't have any USB 2.0 ports.
Pressing buttons or moving the joystick does get picked up in the control panel though so I know the joystick itself is working.

I'm thinking it's got something to do with the drivers but I've tried updating all of them. Any ideas?

What OS are you working off of and what version are you on? Make sure your motherboard BIOS is on the latest version and then try and install the software listed on their support site, here, manually in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

I'm on whatever the latest version of windows 10 is. I have the latest motherboard BIOS and the software on the support site is the logitech gaming software that I already have installed.
I tried again on Star Citizen and it turns out that my movements are being binded to "whatever keystroke - (Input 4) (input 4)"
This isn't the case on my other games like Battlefield, where no input is being picked up at all.
If you have any ideas, let me know, but I think I should be taking this question to the Star Citizen community next.
