Neither is fantastic, but i'd go for the logitech given a choice since it's mechanical.

One of the least expensive mechanical keyboards that keystroke wise feels great is the Adesso mk135. It isn't as flashy but feels great and offers the on-board headphone and usb. Keys are Cherry too

If it's above $50 skip it.

Another brand you can try is IOGear. I use one at work and it works totally fine. Red Dragon is another brand at that price that would be worth it. Otherwise, save your money.

They're both pretty barebones Kaihl keyboards, not much there in terms of quality for the money though I'd say.
For a little bit more much better boards of the Cherry MX can be had in the $50 range on sale.
