Logitech G 430 problem

My pc doesn't play video/audio and can't start a game or software if i connect my headset (Logitech G430) with its adapter.Unplugging it and restarting the program solves the problem.But if i reconnect the headset in other ports or in the same port the problem appears again. plugging the headset without the adapter doesn't make any issue (but i can't get 7.1 audio if i remove the adapter). Tried reinstalling Logitech gaming software/Windows, even tried the older LGS version still getting the same issue

I think the adapter has some issues ,or is it something else? can i do anything to fx this??
