logitech g19 LCD flashing and G keys Problem

I got some weird issue with my G19 keyboard. while it is working smoothly suddenly its LCD is flashing with a white lcd screen (including logitech logo) and the menu navigation keys, G keys and M1,M2,M3 are not work. but letters and number are working as a normal keyboard. and it seems when this happen it is disconnected with the Logitech gaming software panel too. no keyboard shown there. I did power off and On again several time plus USB port too but no luck 🙁

anyone was familiar with such weird issue ? 🙁

Hi monstergear,

To help isolate the issue, try the following suggestions:

■ Try plugging the ac adapter to a different outlet.
■ Try reinstalling the Logitech Gaming Software in clean boot.
■ If possible, test the G19 on a different computer to rule out a system related issue.

I have also seen other users having the same issue with the G19 due to hardware problems (wiring, etc.). In case it is a hardware failure, you can contact Logitech Customer Support for warranty support. The G19 has a one year limited hardware warranty.

Which software/gamepanel drivers are you using. I love Logitech equipment and have worn out a G15 and now use a G510; but some of their newer drivers really suck. Try loading the drivers from your original install disk or go to the website and download an older driver. daleLogi may be correct,though; could be a mechanical/electrical failure.

BTW, I just went through similar issues yesterday and the day before. Had to restore my PC back to 6/20, clean out all my logitech drivers and files (even in C:/ programfiles)etc. Took about 7 hours yesterday to get my pc back, was ready to reformatt and reinstall.
Oh yeah, wrote to Logitech tech support and the only thing they suggested was older drivers/programs - which I told them I already knew. Really useless.
