logitech g230 mic problems

recently got the logitech g230 and the mic is picking up the sounds from my head phones i tested it with a few games with some friends and they say that they can hear my game through the mic been looking for a fix or if anyonhe had the same problem any help would be much appreciated

It's customary to pass on your full system's specs in the body of your post. This thread and any subsequent solution will be irrelevant to any user with the same issue if and when we follow the sig space specs since they will change over time.

You also need to pass on your OS. If you're on Microsoft's Windows platform, you can see if the Listen to this device is enabled.

Are you sure your motherboard BIOS and the drivers are all up to date?
