So guys, I have been using this mouse for around a year. Suddenly the scroll wheel stops working. Replugging the mouse into a different USB port doesn't help, reistalling logitech's gaming software doesn't either. All of the programmable keys still do work as well as the middle mouse button. However the other thing that gave out was the side backlight. Now I can't change it's colour and it has grown very faint. Has anyone else experienced this with their g300? I don't know if it's a software or hardware issue since I don't have another computer on hand. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
P.S. I have also experienced some oddities with my keyboard. The control key would get randomly stuck and it's definetly some software issue because the keyboard is clean and remapping the key with some third-party software fixed it. It may be connected to my mouse issue so that's why I added this.
I'm running windows 7 64 bit by the way.
