Four months ago i bought a logitech g402 gaming mouse, i love it, it's extremely precise and it's macro capabilities are endless and very useful.

Recently while playing some tf2 i noticed that it started scratching aganist the mousepad in a very uncomfortable way, just like when something tiny gets under it (like a hair, bread crumble etc.) i just wiped it but the annoying scratching was still there, so i took a closer look and noticed one of the corners of the bottom feet was bent up, no big deal, right?
I tried to flatten it down but nothing seemed to work, so i just cut it off with a sharp cutter, but nothing appeared to change.
So, i just ordered some brand new mouse feet on amazon; today they arrived, i took off the "broken" mouse foot, wiped off all of the old glue with the alchool soaked cloth they came with, removed the protection plastic foil off of the new foot, and very accurately sticked it to the mouse. I tested it and the scratching is still there, and worse than before.
I know this sounds very dumb but i'm a perfectionist, and something as tiny as the scrathing sound and the vibration from it drives me crazy, so the mouse is unusable for me.

I decided to look deeper into this, so i took out my magnifying lens, a bright light and inspected EVERY corner of the mouse to see if there was even a slightest
scratch, bent corner, piece of something, dust, hairs, but NOTHING, i even cleaned off every bit of dust and hairs that got stuck between the feet and the mouse, but that damned scratching is still there, and i honestly am out of ideas.
Please leave your ideas and opinions on what could be causing this, thank you in advance.

P.S.: i did consider the mousepad itself being the problem, but i tried moving the mouse EVERYWHERE on the mousepad and nothing changed, i doubt that out of thin air my mousepad just decided to get scratched from top to bottom, and looking at it by any angle i don't see any significant wear sign that could cause this.

Solution
You are testing this on the same mousepad. Try it on a bare desk or another surface. Also look to make sure the mouse feet are higher than the indents the go into.

Apparently the mouse feet were so scratched up that they just made that noise by themselves, i replaced them all and now the problem is solved, also the mouse pad is very old and used for years, and double checking it does have some major scratches on it. Thank you.
