logitech g402 scrolling problem...

My Logitech G402 worked perfectly, until the scroll wheel stopped working.
I've tried different port USB, different settings and different pc (without LGS software).
Does anyone know what can I do about it ??

Are you currently using the latest drivers from Logitech's support site? There also seems to be a firmware update for the peripheral, might want to do that too. Regarding your system, can you please pass on your full systems specs inclusive of OS? Are you sure your BIOS and remaining drivers(chipset namely) are up to date? If you're on Windows 10, you should stop automatic device driver update.

Everything that you mentioned is now updated , i'm running windows 10 with automatic device driver update now disabled.
cpu: i5 4440
ram:kingston hyper x fury 8gb
gpu: gtx 770
motherboard: asrock h97 pro4

Still not working sadly, should i contact the store where i bought it from?
