Logitech g402 vs Steelseries rival 300

I have been thinking about getting new mouse and i found these two as ones of the high grade mice, so which one would you prefer and why ?

g502 is pretty much the best one out there. ive owned it for 1.5yr. fantastic. its 20 bux more than the 402. why get it? the real question is why not? cant think of a single con with this mouse. just look at the reviews.
