Logitech g430 question

Does this headset have mic monitoring? My old turtle beaches did, and I read somewhere this headset did, but when I am using it I cannot tell how loud I am being. Any help is appreciated. Also can I make it so I could hear myself without the lag from listening to the device? Thanks

I fixed it, I had to unmute my mic in the speakers properties. All is good.
