Logitech G430 Software Issues

So I bought logitech's G430 about 2 weeks ago it was working fine and showing up in the software, but now the headset still works but not showing up in the gaming software. I have tried unplugging and plugging it back in, different usb port, reinstall of the software. It wont show up as a device in the software. Please help.

If you're on Windows 10;
1| Disable automatic device driver updates feature.
2| Make sure your BIOS and remaining device drivers(namely chipset and/or USB) are up to date.
3| Make sure that you've plugged the headset into an available USB2.0 port.
4| According to Logitech's support site there is a firmware update, might want to take a look at it.
5| Uninstall and reinstall the software while in compatibility mode:
Right click installer>Properties>Compatibility tab>Windows 7/8[from drop down menu]

Speaking of which what OS are you on? Please include your full system's specs.
