As the topic says. I have a Logitech G502 lightspeed wireless mouse and it goes inactive frequently anytime I am not using it for at least 10 minutes. The speed (DPI) drops to an abysmal level ( ignoring even the speed set in my windows) while inactive. but once its used for like 5 seconds it returns to my preset state. I want to find out how to fix this. Can someone any PLEASE help me! Logitech support was no bloody help.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

If you're on Windows 10, please mention the version(not edition) of the OS. What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? Have you tried reinstalling your platform's chipset drivers? Id' advise on installing any driver in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator. See if that helps your issue out.
