Logitech G600 Keybinding Troubles...

First and foremost I'm impatient, I actually have a post on the official logitech forums and a support ticket up, but I have no idea when it'll be serviced. I just bought this fancy mouse and I'd like for it to be useful other than a paper weight.

Second off Tom's hardware has some of the best and most knowledgeable people I've encountered so I'm coming here hoping you guys can help!

Alrighty so, I'm trying to reprogram the G9 key for use in Elder Scrolls Online. This key is the bottom left key when the mouse is facing you from the side. I go into keybindings in the game and I bind it to F1, I go into my custom profile via the logitech software and bind it to F1 as well. However, when the key is pressed down it still registers as though it is pressing "1" on the keyboard down. Even though there are no other bindings in the profile stating as such. I will link an image below:

Problem number 2 is I would like to bind the keys as custom mouse buttons like MB10 or MB12 or even G15 or G5 instead of having to use the regular 1-9 etc. Is this possible? Does anyone have a G600 and is able to confirm whether they got something like this working through a profile/macro?

Thanks for any help guys it's greatly appreciated!

Solution
Answer 1) One of two things was happening, it was either a "glitch" in my mouse when I switched profiles from the on board profiles to the on computer profiles it ended up running both the default profile and the created profile which caused it to press two keys at once. The other option as a support guy said was choosing to edit the key instead of create a new one could've potentially caused a user error in which both keybinds were active. I triple checked my work, but hey we all make mistakes.

Either way, problem is resolved thankfully, no more dual keybinds unless I command it so. Took a few restarts and some tinkering but the mouse finally does as I command!

Answer 2) = The keys are limited to the standard keyboard and mouse...

Answer 2) = The keys are limited to the standard keyboard and mouse layout, so there are no G20 or MB10 keys to use. So that's a shame.

Overall review of the G600 :) First mouse with a keyboard on the side and I'm quite happy with it though I don't utilize it as much as I'd like, practice makes perfect I suppose, it's still brand new. I wish the keys on the side were completely customizeable so I didn't have to mess with existing keybinds but oh well. 7/10 Would buy again :)
