Logitech G600 Mouse Not Recognized

I got a G600 recently, but when I plug it in, I can hear the "Recognize" sound that every windows computer makes, but it doesnt work. The mouse doesn't light up at all no matter what USB port I use, I even tried unplugging my current mouse and plugging in the G600 into the same port but it wont work. The G600 also doesn't show up in the Logitech Gaming Software, but my G930 headset does. How can I get this mouse to work?

Please purchase a new mouse. There are many companies in the markets which provide the best quality mouse like Dell, Microsoft and many more.
