Logitech G633 not playing audio

ive been having headphone problems with many different headphones and now i have the Logitech G633 and they just wont play sound threw them anymore and they are set ass default device but they still wont play sound and i checked on my laptop and they work perfectly fine but they wont work on my desktop please help me

so i reinstalled the drivers for them and they started working again
