Question Logitech G635 headphones are buzzing and are being very low quality.

I just bought my logitech G635 headphones from bestbuy yesterday and today my friends are complaining of a loud buzzing and bad audio quality. I've tried lowering the sidetone all the way but all that does is make it so i cant hear the buzzing. it all started happening after i unplugged my headset so i could untangle the cords.

I'd return it, it should be new enough. But if you cant return just hit it a little my dad had a logitech and that worked. His would make noise and he could only hear from one ear.
