I have finally got myself a new custom made PC. Everything worked fine, computer started up, but for some reason my named keyboard had no colours, could not press any key, nothing. I could not enter the BIOS or to install win 10.
In the end I was forced to grab a cheap wireless keyboard and then I could continue with the installation.
Then I thought when Win is ready to go, I install the Logitech software. For my Mouse and headphones, no problem but the keyboard is still unresponsive and does not show in the software.
I can unplug it and windows does make a sound, also when I connect it back in again but still no lights, no responds, nothing. I even tried different USB sockets but to no avail.
The motherboard is a AsRock Phantom Gaming B365M.

I have no idea why it wont work and anything on Google did not help either like installing the latest drivers or setting it up in the settings of win. The keyboard worked flawlessly on Win 7. I know the keybaord isn't broken because I used it the day before.
