Question Logitech G910 Orion Spark not turning on or connecting

My Logitech G910 won't turn on or connect when I plug it in to my computer, the lights blink once when I plug it in but nothing more. The first time this happened I tried using it with my Macbook air through a cheap usb hub, could that have busted it?

hi, I had the same trouble. the way I fix it by cleaning my keyboard. this happens 2twice for me and each time i clean it. work 100% after. hope its help. reply if does?
