Logitech G910 unresponsive

Hey guys, so I just purchased the Logitech g910 orion spark, and I plugged into my mac and it was working fine.(Don't worry, I won't be using the mac for much longer) But then I installed the software for it, and it said there was an update. So I started installing the update, and while it was installing, the keyboard was unresponsive. Then the update had an error and stopped, so I closed the updater. Now the keyboard is still not working because it's acting like it's being updated.
