Logitech G930 - Sound playing out of speakers instead

I bought a Logitech G930 headset months ago and I have yet to get this to work properly. The sound is coming out of the speakers instead of the headset. The only thing I hear on the headset is my voice, due to the voice preview feature. I also cannot edit volume levels in the Logitech Gaming Software. I have done almost everything that I can think of, so any help at all is appreciated.

Right click the speaker on the bottom right and select playback devices. Or go to Control Panel, Hardware and Sound, and under sound select manage audio devices.

Then find your headset and right click it and select "Set as Default Device".

It is already selected as the default device, still doesn't work.
