Logitech G930 Wireless dongle with a USB 3.0 port

Alright, so I got the G930 a couple months back, with no problems. I'm using more and more USB ports on my computer now, and I don't want to use the front ports for things I'm gonna be using all the time. When I try to connect the G930's charging thing to a USB 3.0 port, I get no connection to the headset, and no audio. Should I try reinstalling any drivers that the G90 has, or does this only work in a USB 2.0 port?

Try reconnecting it to different port , what is the OS your using ?

Pretty sure i've used it with both usb 2 & 3.

Btw, did u have to turn the preamp down to get the rattle to go away? Seems to be common.
