Yes, quite a bit since it is transmitting over bluetooth.
What's your budget for a headset?

I own the headset myself, and I can't say there is much loss at all. Wireless is actually better as it supports Dolby 7.1 and DTS Headphone X instead of stereo over wired/wireless.

Wireless isn't better, DTS Headphone X doesn't do much and Dolby 7.1 isn't as good as it's hyped up to be.
Wired has much better sound quality due to the higher transfer rate, until we get Bluetooth 5.0 cans, wireless sound quality is going to be lacking.
