[SOLVED] Logitech gaming Software GUI (G402) no longer starts up minimized?

The control panel GUI for my G402 mouse always used to startup minimized to taskbar. After uninstalling (completely using Revo Uninstaller to remove leftover bits), and reinstalling, the same problem persists. I even tried making a shortcut of LGS and in it's properties page, set it to Run minimized, still same problem.

Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, did you find a way to fix it, and how?

And the link I found will not allow you to switch the "toogle" - correct?

Do not have (full disclosure) either LGS or G Hub - the latter having proven rather problematic more than once.

Maybe one more try at a do-over....

However, there are a number of ways to control minimize/maximize.

For example:

I just do not know if LGS or G Hub actually supports or responds to those maximum and minimum size controls.

DPI within G Hub is another matter.

Well, first off the problem I'm having is the exact opposite of that, LGS launches maximized, vs staying minimized on the taskbar like it used to, and secondly, it's not even about Logitech software specifically.

I suspect what may be the problem is one of the recent W10 updates I just installed is conflicting with LGS, and since LGS has now been replaced by G Hub, Logi never bothered fixing that issue with LGS.

So I tried uninstalling LGS and installing G Hub, which has a MUCH worse problem. I can set DPI speeds and default DPI speed, but the Default Shift button has to be held down to revert to default DPI speed. As soon as I release it, it reverts back to the DPI speed it was at.

I chatted on Logi's support page about it, and the guy was useless, referring me to upper tier support that's supposed to get back to me, whenever.
