I am tired now with the attitude of bluetooth era :fou:

K380 works fine with mobile and laptop but the same it is not working with my desktop machine. I also have a USB To Dongle which the keyboard can detect the Bluetooth devices. Bluetooth is working fine because it is showing my mobile and laptop Bluetooth.

Without installing any driver, windows detected the bluetooth settings but don't know why my keyboard is not working. Yesterday it works, don't know how but now, I uninstall the bluetooth devices from device manager and reboot the system, still the shit is not detecting. I am very frustrating now.... Please help me.. :fou:

Solution
The problem here is its Bluetooth.

You need a compatible dongle for the laptop and not all dongles are the same when it comes with to the software.

From my experience, never use Windows Updates to get Bluetooth drivers, and never use the build in drivers. I always ended up installing the Toshiba Bluetooth stack drivers to get my dongles working, funny how they never mention it but it have never failed me yet
