Logitech M275 Wireless mouse selecting problem.

Hey guys so I got the mice 2 years back and I am facing this problem when I select text or try to drag files it deselects it.

Can you test another wireless mouse or use your existing mouse on another computer?

Narrow down to mouse or computer.

If mouse, might be a bad contact in the mouse. May not "hold" the selection.

Could also be due to a weak wireless signal.

Have you ever changed the battery in the mouse? Even if so, try a new fresh battery.

Many common batteries go weak very fast nowadays.

Hi! I got the same problem with my Logitech M275 mouse too. I've changed the battery with fresh one. But still facing the problem. When I drag, or try to block some area, or click some files. It deselect many times. It's frustating, especially when I work with path and selection on Photoshop. 😀
