Logitech Mouse connectivity Issue

I have just bought a Logitech M557 Bluetooth mouse, it has a on off button, when I leave it on, and turn on the PC it connects fine , when i turn it off and then turn on with my PC it doesn't detect it, why? Please help!

Device Manager -> Bluetooth -> Your Device -> Properties -> ?Energy Managment? (Last Tab) -> uncheck first option

Isn't there a "connect" button besides the on/off button? If so, you should press that until you get a blink of light and it should connect
