Question Logitech mx ergo plus scroll wheel not working.

Just got product, attached to computer via dongle. Scroll wheel only functions sporadically. Sometimes it doesn't work at all, sometimes it will only scroll one way, and sometimes the "polarity" is inverted, so scrolling down scrolls up and vise versa.

I've tried both Logi Options and Logi Options Plus, but the problem persists. Restarting system SOMETIMES makes it work for a brief period.

Very frustrating for a $100 product.

Any suggestions?

I don't know yet. I would need to take it to work and see if the same issue happens there.
