logitech pro 4000 and msn

just bought myself a logitech 4000 pro earlier this week
works nice and all
but somehow now msn stopped working 🙁
i can see people coming online...
i see them changing statusses...
i just don't receive any messages and i can't send any

and when i unplug the webcam all of a sudden it works again

is this a known issue?

specs : winXP SP2, amd64, gf4, on a lan behind a nat, msn6.2, default
software from logitech installation cd

any input is appreciated

NAT could be stopping it(sending video)
