Question Logitech set point and logitech options

Hi. Can't find more info in web, so asking here. I have some problems with logitech software when using windows before fresh install. There was some errors, or something. So should I use logitech options and logitech set point software? Thanks.

What are you exactly trying to do? Change your mouse settings? If you're not trying to change any of the settings then you don't actually need to install the software as the mouse will work fine on its own.

That being said, the software should also work fine, especially on a fresh Windows installation.

I don't remember what was wrong. But I have errors before, and problems shuting down the computer, so I wanna avoid that software. I have cheap b100 mouse, and logitech speakers. Maybe I should try install that software again and see what that settings do actually. I think this software is not necesary for mouse and speakers...
