Logitech Setpoint Issue

So I have a logitech g5 with the setpoint software installed. Everything was fine up until tonight were my pc randomly started not saving my mouse sensitivity settings after reboot. I tried downloading the newest setpoint and that didnt help. Its really weird cuz all i have to do to get my sensitvity back is to open setpoint and click ok, Then everything is back. but i dont want to have to do that everytime i turn my pc on. Does anyone know who to fix this?? thanks

does anyone have an idea how to fix this? I have set up setpoint for both os implementation and setpoint implementation to no avail they both dont work
