Hello,
I just received my new computer Phenom II x3 with asrock motherboard. I am running the onboard sound but the problem is my previous computer had a creative labs sound card with digital output. My logitech 4 channel + sub runs from this digital out put which 1/8". I went in and can get headphones to play but not very loud out of the front headphone jack and the speaker jack, both are the same volume. Specs say that the onboard sound is a lot better than my 8 year old creative labs card and it is supposed to recognize what ever sound system you plug in. I don't care to buy a new sound system to plug in, I just want to make sure I dont waste the money only to have the same problem and the system not work on it.
