Question Logitech Transporter DAC - repair options

A few questions regarding my Transporter DAC.

1)The front LED panel has stopped working and I need to locate an authorized repair shop in Toronto. Is anyone aware of any?
2) If I sell privately I'd like to do a full reset first but without any LED display I don't think this is possible. Can anyone offer advice here?
3) As a last resort will sell as is but can anyone confirm whether any personal info is stored on the device-firmware?
4) Considering the device needs repair, what would be a fair asking price?
Currently selling for $500 -1200 used on ebay.

I've spent over an hour on the phone with Logitech support. No help other than letting me know its discontinued and that I need some type of display to do a factory reset. Frustrating.

It kind of makes you not want to buy any of their products since they won’t support them
