What software do you have an issue with?
and initially go to system pref - Sound - Output (Select Headset) - Input (select Headset).

Has you provide a screen shot of your sound- input page load it up and press the take screenshot buttons (Command - Shift - 3)

Thank you very much. However when you go into sound to set this up there's another option at the bottom not captured in the screen shot. The input/output option. This may sound dumb but is the input/output suppose to match? Ex: Input to input as output to output because I still cannot get my Logitech usb Premium 350 headset working. What am I doing wrong?
