Logitech z-5300 sound speakers stop working help!

Hi all and thanks for looking. I've had this Logitech z-5300 for quite some time with no issues until just recently. When cranking it up and jammin to my favorites all of a sudden all of the speakers just go out......nothing. The headphone plug in still works and some times if I turn it off and on and or switch the matrix off and on it comes back on. But sadly, it keeps doing it over and over. I have cleaned everything including the amp and all of its components to no avail. I really love this system and wouldn't trade it for anything. Any idea what the problem is. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Dan in Cleveland

Try refreshing the driver on your pc

go to device manager and find the sound entries . Right cick and uninstall them .

Reboot .

Windows will find and load a fresh copy of the software .

If that doesnt fix it then the problem is in the amp or speakers themselves
