Question Logitech z130 humming/buzzing

I just built my new PC and it started making this noise. I've Google searches it a bit and I keep seeing ground. They suggest like $70 ground adapters or something but my speakers were only like 15$. Is it more worth to get the ground adapters so any future speakers work fine or just get new speakers?
Edit1: I tried connecting it to a different outlet and it still kept going. The noise goes away when my PC is off though thankfully

yeah the very slight humming noise is normal , even my expensive focal speakes make a noise when connected directly to the motherboard , only solution for me was an external usb dac

if you are thinking of spending 70$ just get a usb DAC
